Karen
Nickelson - "When I first saw Suzi's collection of fabrics
I was struck by the delicious colors. There were rich cozy colors,
playful primaries and luscious shades. I could instantly think of
all kinds of projects I could start. They would be great in landscape
quilts, block, boarders and backgrounds. The variety of designs made
an impression. There are smooth open curves, bold sharp edges, feathered
motions and colored raindrops. It was very hard to choose only a few
pieces to start with. I love the variety of colors and textures I
can pull from one selection of fabric."

Teresa
Miller - "Of course you know that I'm in awe anyway just by
the fact that you'd dye your own fabrics and marble it in the first
place!! I thought the colors and designs were very versatile and could
really be used as a background fabric or sashing, binding, etc, as
well as a featured fabric in a quilt. The ones that you sent me are
more "solid" than some of the other pieces I saw on your business
cards, which I like, cuz I’m anti-solid! If you know what I mean!
I like to have a tone on tone on some degree of variation in my solids;
so marbled ones with subtle color schemes are perfect! And I love
the weight of the fabric itself."

used as a focal point or as a background, each unique piece adds color,
pattern and interest to a project." |
